Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they provide important information about using the app in a way that is respectful and lawful (“Terms and Conditions”). By registering, using, and/or submitting material to SONNAR, you agree to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and SONNAR, that will govern your interaction with the app, its users, and business partners at all times (except for services provided by third parties as mentioned below).
SONNAR is a digital platform meant to connect music fans, musicians, music agents and venues in a fun and valuable way (the “Platform”). Our software and features are designed to be a powerful and useful tool for our users.
Our Platform provides registered fans (“Fans”), musicians (“Musicians”), venues (“Venues”) and music agents (“Agents”), the following benefits:
i. Upload your favorite music videos and photos.
ii. Engage with other fans, musicians and venues all over the world.
iii. Book the perfect musician or band, or music agent, for your private event and rate its performance.
iv. Activate your SONNAR to search for live music venues and events happening near you in real time!
v. Send and manage Booking Requests.
vi. Rate Musicians and/or Agents after a Booked Performance.
i. Upload videos, photos or tutorials and grow your fanbase.
ii. Search and find other musicians to jam with by activating your SONNAR.
iii. Update your event calendar and get hired through the app safe and sound.
iv. Find venues and gigs to play all over the world. Rate their facilities and vibe!.
v. Receive, send and manage Booking Requests.
vi. Rate Venues and/or Agents abd be rated after Booked Performances.
i. Let everyone know about your place by uploading your best photos and live music videos.
ii. Search for the perfect musician or band for your venue, safely hire them through the app, and rate their performance.
iii. Stay visible for local or global users when they activate their SONNAR to find you.
iv. Activate the “Hiring” feature to hire Musicians and Agents, for more live music.
v. Send, receive and manage Booking Requests.
i. Upload videos, photos or tutorials of your clients, and grow their fanbase.
ii. Search and find musicians to offer your services by activating your SONNAR.
iii. Update your clients’ events calendar and get hired and hire through the app in a safer way.
iv. Find venues and gigs for your clients to play all over the world. Rate their facilities and vibe!.
v. Receive, send and manage Booking Requests.
vi. Rate Venues and Musicians and be rated after Booked Performances.
Choosing your Profile
There are no musicians or venues without Fans; therefore if you are one of those people who cannot live without going to concerts, music festivals, nightclubs, and music venues, then this is the perfect profile for you.
You’re the artist, man! You are the one who inspires us and the one we look up to. This Platform was designed with you in the center of our thoughts.
We believe that all Musicians should have the opportunity to share content, connect with their fans look for other musicians to jam with and/or venues to play at. Thus, we designed the “For Hire” feature, which will make you visible to other users whenever they search for Musicians. The “For Hire” option will also allow you to get Booked through the Platform for a Performance (as defined below). Note that all Bookings are subject to our Booking Terms and Conditions.
When registering as a Musician, you will be able to choose your level of music experience, among the following: Amateur, Experienced and Famous Musician. In order to be registered as a Famous Musician, SONNAR will have to duly approve such condition, by the corresponding verification process determined by SONNAR; otherwise, you will be automatically registered as an Experienced Musician.
We are not just thinking of a good bar to hang out with a stage band in the back. The Venue profile is designed for private parties, concerts, music festivals, recording studios, nightclubs, karaoke bars, or any other place where a music performance may be hosted.
Yes, we have also designed a special feature for those Venues that want to be visible for Fans and Musicians. This option can be activated by clicking the “Hiring” button in your profile.
This feature will also allow Venues to receive, send and manage Booking Requests.

Suspension, Cancelation and/or Termination of Accounts
SONNAR, at its sole discretion, is entitled to suspend, cancel or terminate your account immediately upon notice to you in the event of:
(i) any material breach by you to any of the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein;
(ii) cualquier violación a cualquiera requerimiento o requisito que pudiera aplicar de acuerdo con las leyes y reglamentos aplicables; y
(iii) any violation to any regulatory or compliance requirements imposed under any applicable law or regulation;
In case of suspension and/or cancelation or termination of your Account, you will not be entitled to any fees refund of any kind, whenever applicable.
Content Removal and Access Denial
SONNAR may, at its sole discretion, remove any content or information you upload or include in our Platform if:
in any way it violates these Terms and Conditions or any of the SONNAR policies and conditions, or
(ii) whenever we are required to do so by law or any authority requirement, without this generating any kind of responsibility for SONNAR.
SONNAR may choose to stop granting you access or publishing in our Platform if at SONNAR’s discretion:
(i) you are not complying with SONNAR Terms and Conditions;
(ii) you are not creating or providing a positive, safe or inclusive environment in our Platform;
(iii) you are infringing or violating third party’s intellectual or property rights;
(iv) if SONNAR determines that the content or information you include or share in our Platform creates a potential risk or legal exposure for SONNAR; or
(v) if we are required by law or any competent authority to do so.
The Verified Accounts of any of the Fans, Venues, Music Agents and Musicians shall only mean that the individual or place that is using the SONNAR account has completed the verification process of SONNAR. Verified Accounts have as sole intention to indicate that the individual or Venue using the account is in fact the person of the name of the account being used.
An account verification will never imply any kind of liability for SONNAR, as its use (or misuse) will always be considered as its owner’s responsibility.
Positive, Safe and Inclusive Environment
We aim to develop and have a positive, safe and inclusive environment for all our users. It is essential for SONNAR that all Platform users feel in a safe environment where they can share music experiences and interests.

Interaction with Users and Direct Messaging
All SONNAR users are solely responsible for their interactions with others. While using SONNAR, you agree to exercise caution and good judgement in all interactions with others, particularly if meeting offline or in person.
Messaging is your way to communicate directly with other users. You must not use direct messaging to harass, send unsolicited advertising/promotions, or spam. The use of any kind of messages for harassing, threatening, blackmailing or abusing other users of the Platform is strictly forbidden.
By using the direct messaging of our Platform, you understand, acknowledge and accept that SONNAR will be able to review and check messages for inappropriate or abusive content, or information which may constitute payment or fee avoidance or any similar arrangement.
We are music lovers and we aim to help our users to strengthen their music experiences and interests; therefore we urge our users to use SONNAR as a fun way to do so. For this purpose, while using the Platform, you cannot:
i. Use the Platform for any illegal activities.
ii. Post, publish, share or transmit any material or content in the Platform unless you hold all necessary rights, licenses and consents to do so and that will not infringe the intellectual property, copyright, or other rights of any person, would cause you or SONNAR to breach any law, regulation, rule, code or other legal obligation.
iii. Post, publish, share or transmit any material or content in the Platform that defames, harasses, threatens, menaces, offends or restricts any person or that is or could be considered to be obscene, inappropriate, defamatory, disparaging, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, threatening, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence or in breach of privacy; or that would bring SONNAR into disrepute in connection with the above.
iv. Post, publish, share or transmit any material or content in the Platform that would attempt to or tamper with, hinder or modify the Platform, knowingly transmit viruses or other disabling features, or damage or interfere with the Platform, including without limitation the use of trojan horses, viruses, or piracy or programming routines that may damage or interfere with the Platform or SONNAR or that could facilitate or assist any third party to do any of the above-mentioned acts.
v. Post, upload or publish any kind of content that requires third parties consent, or that contains software or other material that is protected by intellectual property or copyright laws.
vi. Post or publish any kind of content that includes or advocates illegal activities or intents to commit one, or violates any law or that could be considered to violate any law.
You undertake to bear full liability and to indemnify SONNAR, our parent companies, investors, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and/or expenses associated with any breach by you or any user of your account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
For safety reasons and in order to make sure that these Terms and Conditions are being met, SONNAR reserves the right to monitor and inspect at all times all the content uploaded and published in its Platform, as well as any communication or interaction within our Platform, by all users. The above, shall not be considered a breach to user’s privacy, releasing SONNAR from all liability and responsibility on this regard. Notwithstanding, you will remain at all times solely responsible for any content you upload and share in our Platform; therefore, you acknowledge and agree that SONNAR will not assume or have any liability for any action or inaction in connection with the content uploaded and shared by you or any messages or information you decide to provide in our Platform.
Copyrights and Intellectual Rights
The trademarks, trade names, service marks, and logos (“Trademarks”) of SONNAR, including without limitation SONNAR® trademark and/or its distinctive logo, are SONNAR’S exclusive property.
All content on the Platform (“Copyrights”), including all page headers, graphics, button icons, and scripts are copyrighted works of SONNAR, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of SONNAR.
SONNAR may legally use intellectual property owned by third parties related to our Platform. The rights in any third party trademarks or copyrighted works on our Platform are retained by their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any right of ownership of any of the Trademarks or Copyrights to you, or shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any SONNAR Trademark or Copyright without the express consent of SONNAR. The misuse of the Trademark or Copyrighted works of SONNAR or any other content on the Platform is strictly prohibited and may expose you to liability.
Disclaimers and Liability
Our SONNAR Platform is intended for access 24/7; however, we cannot guarantee constant, uninterrupted access to the Platform, its content and services, or that the Platform will operate without faults or errors on a full-time basis. Users accessing our Platform in older versions of internet browsers may experience connectivity problems. For optimal experience we recommend that you ensure you have the necessary connectivity and that you are using the latest version of the browser and of our Platform.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly in connection with your use of our Platform, except to the extent to which it is unlawful to exclude such liability under the corresponding applicable laws. We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control.
SONNAR will not be liable to you in respect of any loss or corruption of any data, database or software.
Global Infrastructure Platform
SONNAR is a global Platform that aims to have satisfied happy users all around the world. For this to happen, we must store and transfer data across our systems around the world, including outside of your country of residence. This infrastructure may be owned or operated by SONNAR, its affiliates or Third Parties.
Third Party Services
SONNAR Platform may contain links to third party websites or services (“Third Party Services”). Third Party Services may be subject to different terms and conditions, as well as different privacy and other requirements. SONNAR is not responsible for any Third Party terms and conditions and/or privacy policies. Likewise, SONNAR is not and shall not be held at any time responsible for any of the content, services, products, availability, distribution policies, or similar conditions provided by Third Party Services. Any of the links that may be found in SONNAR Platform is not and shall not constitute any responsibility or endorsement to any of the Third Party Services, or any content on the same.
Payments made to “For Hire” users will be made by SONNAR through Stripe, upon receipt of Successful Performance Notice. Thus, SONNAR may ask the corresponding users to provide banking information, which will always be used for money transferring purposes only, and be treated as strictly confidential at all times.
The information herein as well as the Terms and Conditions may be amended without notice from time to time in our sole discretion. Your use of SONNAR and its Platform following any amendments of the Terms and Conditions indicates that you have accepted the amendments and any new Terms and Conditions. You should check the Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes, and only proceed to use the Platform if you accept and will comply with the new Terms and Conditions.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Whenever Fans, Venues, Agents and Musicians book or accept a booking for any Performance through our Platform (“Booking”), they execute and accept a binding contract among them in accordance with the non-negotiable terms and conditions mentioned herein. SONNAR will not form part and will not become a part of such contract and will not become a manager or music representative of any kind for the music services, or the Performance being booked through the Platform; except for the Booking Commissions generated from the Booking as set forth below.
A “Booker” is defined as a Platform registered user that makes a Booking Request.
“Performance” is defined as an act of music staging, concert or music entertainment of any kind, performed by Musicians in a specific place, time and date, which has been agreed by the parties and booked through the Platform.
All Bookers and Booked Musicians or Booked Agents automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein as well as the non-negotiable Booking Terms and Conditions of SONNAR. By agreeing to the same, Bookers and Booked Musicians or Booked Agents will execute and accept a binding contract among them. SONNAR will not form part and will not become a part of such contract and will not become a manager or music representative of any kind for the music services, or the Performance being booked through the Platform; except for the Booking Commissions generated from the Booking.
All users are able to send booking requests through the Platform (“Booking Request”). If the parties agree to a Booking Request and the terms and conditions included in the same, they will be entering into a legally binding contract between them. All Booking Terms and Conditions must be agreed by the parties through the Platform.
Musicians and Agents may receive Booking Requests from Fans, Agents and Venues.
In case of accepting any Booking Request for a Performance, Musicians and Agents being booked (“Booked Musician” and “Booked Agent” respectively) agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein and the Booking Terms and Conditions, and will therefore be subject to the agreement terms that will be executed between the Booker and the Booked Musician and/or Booked Agent.
Once the Booking Request has been approved and the corresponding Performance Fees have been charged by SONNAR, the Booking will be considered as “Secured”.
Comisiones por Contratación
Por cualquier Contratación que se realice a través de la Plataforma, SONNAR cobrará un 10% (diez por ciento) de comisión sobre la cantidad total acordada con el Músico o Agente Contratado, más el Impuesto al Valor Agregado correspondiente.
Las Comisiones por Contratación serán aplicadas automáticamente a través de SONNAR, una vez que el pago haya sido recibido y “asegurado”.
Las Comisiones por Contratación que sean cobradas por SONNAR, no podrán ser reembolsadas a los Contratantes, Músicos Contratados y/o Agentes Contratados (en caso de una Cancelación), puesto que las mismas buscan cubrir los gastos administrativos que se generan por cada Contratación.
For any Booking made through our Platform, SONNAR will charge a 10% (ten percent) commission of the total agreed amount to the Booked Musician and/or the Booked Agent, plus statutory value-added tax.
Booking Commissions will be automatically applied by SONNAR, once the full payment is received and “secured”.
Booking Commissions charged by SONNAR will never be reimbursed to Bookers or Booked Musicians and/or Booked Agents (even in case of a Cancellation), as they tend to cover administrative expenses for each Booking.
Performance Fees and Payment
Whenever a Booking Request has been accepted by a Musician or and Agent through the Platform, the Booker will be charged by Stripe for the total Performance Fees agreed by the parties. Once the money is registered in SONNAR’s account, Booking Commissions will be automatically applied.
SONNAR will then inform the Booked Musician and/or Booked Agent that the payment has been received and “secured”, so that he/she can provide transfer information for payment upon receipt of the Successful Performance Notice.
Booking Details include, but are not limited to line-up, location, duration, budget, details of the Performance, Performance Fees and Payment conditions, as well as special requirements for audio, equipment, set-up instructions, etc. (“Booking Details”). All Booking Details must be clearly included in the Booking Request through the Platform.
Travel and Accommodation Expenses
Travel and accommodation expenses incurred by Musicians and Agents, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, food and drinks are not considered as part of the Performance Fees and must be agreed by the parties separately. If applicable, parties must send an email to. firstname.lastname@example.org for the proper support.
All Booking cancellations are subject to SONNAR Cancellation Policy.
Modifications to Booking Details
Unless both parties agree to modify the Booking Details contained in the Secured Booking, modifications to Booking Details are not allowed. If there is a consent of both parties over modifying the Booking Details, they still need to write an email to email@example.com for approval.
Venues and Agents shall be solely responsible for identifying, understanding and complying with all laws and regulations that are applicable to their services as Venues and hosts, including all registrations, permits, licenses, and other legal requirements as demanded by the applicable laws.
Fans, Musicians, Agents and Venues shall ensure and guarantee the safety of the performers, crew, audience, and all the people involved during a Performance.
SONNAR will never be deemed responsible for a Performance, the performers, its hosts, the audience, its preparation, execution, quality, and general outcome.
No Relationship with SONNAR
If you use SONNAR Platform or if you become a Booker of a Performance; your relationship with SONNAR will be limited to the Platform service provided by SONNAR. Therefore, there will be no relationship between you and SONNAR as employee, agent, member, partner or any other kind of relationship. You will be acting independently and SONNAR will not direct, control, manage or supervise any of your activities or behavior related with your use of the Platform or any Performance Booking. Likewise you will not direct, control, manage or supervise any of the activities of SONNAR. In addition, you will act by your own and in your own interest only and never in representation of SONNAR.
SONNAR is not an organizer, music representative or manager of any kind. Whenever the Fans, Agents, Venues and/or Musicians make a Booking or accept a Booking, music service and/or event of any kind through SONNAR’s Platform, they execute and accept a contract only among those parts that intervene in the Booking and not with SONNAR. SONNAR will not form part and will not become a part of such contract, and will not become a manager or music representative of any kind for services booked, or for the Performance booked through the Platform; except for the Performance Commissions generated from the corresponding Booking as set forth above.
Even if SONNAR may help Fans, Venues, Agents and Musicians to solve any potential dispute that could arise from a Booking, SONNAR does not have control over or will not guarantee
(i) the existence, quality, safety, suitability or legality of any of the services or advertisements made by any of the Fans, Venues, Agents and/or Musicians used for the Booking;
(ii) the veracity or accuracy of the descriptions of any of the services or information included in the Platform by any of the Fans, Venues, Agents and Musicians, or any of the evaluations, ratings or comments in the Platform, as well as any of the overall content uploaded in the Platform by each of the Fans, Venues, Agents and Musicians included in their SONNAR profile;
or (iii) the performance or conduct of any of the Fans, Venues, Agents and Musicians or any third parties that could be related to the services or Performance accepted or booked and agreed through the Platform.
The Verified Accounts of any of the Venues and Musicians (as defined above) only mean that the individual or place that is using the SONNAR account has completed the verification process of SONNAR; nevertheless, SONNAR will not be able to guarantee any of the aforementioned terms and conditions. The above will not generate guarantee, endorsement or certification by SONNAR regarding any of the Fans, Venues, Agents and Musicians, or the fact that any of the Fans, Venues, Agents and Musicians are reliable, safe or adequate.
You shall always apply your best judgement and attention whenever deciding to make any Booking of any kind, or decide to interact or have any kind of communication with any of the Fans, Venues, Agents and Musicians, either online or in person.
Considering the above, SONNAR is not and cannot be held responsible in any way for any inconsistency or error in the Performances being booked through the Platform. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby release SONNAR from any obligation and responsibility on this regard, providing SONNAR the fullest release of obligations provided by law without reserving any action or right against SONNAR. SONNAR will not be liable in respect of any business losses, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.
You hereby accept that SONNAR has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers and employees and therefore you acknowledge that SONNAR has limited liability. You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against our officers or employees in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with our Platform or these Terms and Conditions.
No Show Policy
A “No Show” is considered whenever a Booked Musician and/or a Booked Agent does not show at the Performance or lets the Booker know about his/her intention to cancel the Performance with less than 48 hours before the Performance date.
A No Show may not allow the Booker to make an additional Booking Request and/or Booking to find a replacement for the Performance with enough time. Thus, if a Booked Musician and/or a Booked Agent fail by a “No Show”, the Booker could ask SONNAR for a full reimbursement of the Performance Fees (except from the Booking Commissions, which are non-refundable). In these cases, the Booked Musician and/or the Booked Agent will not be entitled to receive the Performance Fees and SONNAR will have the right to remove the Musician and/or Agent from the Platform and cancel the account at its sole discretion. Also, the Booked Musician and/or Booked Agent acknowledge that the Booker will be entitled to ask for legal compensation (except for those cases when the Booked Musician and/or Booked Agent are not able to perform due to causes of force majeure).
For Bookings where it is necessary, Booker is responsible for ensuring that the Musician, Agent and/or Venue have the necessary liability insurance. SONNAR is not liable for any damages to people or personal property that may be related with a Booking through our Platform.
The information herein as well as the Booking Terms and Conditions may be amended without notice from time to time in our sole discretion. Your use of SONNAR and its Platform following any amendments of the Terms and Condiciones, indicates that you have accepted the amendments and any new Booking Terms and Conditions. You should check the Terms and Conditions and the Booking Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes, and only proceed to use the Platform if you accept and will comply with the new Booking Terms and Conditions.
This policy contains the process for cancelling any Booking made through our Platform, as well as its terms and conditions. Please keep in mind that by accepting our Booking Terms and Conditions, you also accept these non-negotiable Cancellation Policy and the terms established herein.
Payments made by any method other than the specific payment process provided by the Platform will not be covered by this Cancellation Policy.
>What happens if a Booker wants to cancel a Booked Performance?
In the unfortunate event a Booker or a Booked Musician and/or Booked Agent decides to cancel a Booked Performance made through our Platform, we will try our best to help them and reimburse the Performance Fees, whenever possible. However, it is important to understand that under some scenarios, Booked Musicians and/or Booked Agents could be entitled to a portion of the Performance Fees agreed. The amount to be paid to the Booked Musician and/or Booked Agents will depend on the Booking date and the notice period for the cancellation, as mentioned in the chart below:
Booked Musicians and/or Booked Agents, whenever entitled, will receive the Performance Fees prorated amounts mentioned in the chart above.
hat happens if the Musician and/or Agent want to cancel the Booked Performance?
If for any reason, a Booked Musician or Booked Agent cancels the Booked Performance, the Booker will receive a 90% refund of the total Performance Fees agreed, and SONNAR will retain its 10% commission fee.
Whenever a Performance cannot take place due to a “Force Majeure Event”, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or any similar act of God, it will be considered as an exception for this Cancelation Policy. Under such situations, SONNAR will try its best to assist you with any situation at firstname.lastname@example.org, and try to get to a new agreement for both parties. However, SONNAR will always act as a friendly counselor and never as a responsible part in the negotiation.
The information herein may be amended without notice from time to time in our sole discretion. Your use of SONNAR and its Platform following any amendments of the same indicates that you have accepted the amendments and any new terms and conditions mentioned in this Cancellation Policy. You should regularly check our Cancellation Policy to ensure you are aware of any changes, and only proceed to use the Platform if you accept and will comply with the same.
THE DATA POLICY
Thank you for using SONNAR!
It is our goal to give you the best experience possible for you to be able to enjoy our Platform. In order to do so, we need to understand your personality and interests, the things you like and the type of music, musicians and events you are interested in. Please note that we care about you and your information; therefore we will try to hereby explain the way we collect, store, use and transfer your information and data as well as your rights and options about the same.
Our Data Policy includes the terms and conditions in connection with the information and data you voluntarily provide us through our Platform. This Data Policy applies to all the services provided by our Platform, and shall govern the relationship between you and SONNAR in connection with the same.
From time to time, we may modify or increase our Platform services, if the same requires additional information or generates any difference on the use, collection, storage and/or transfer of your data we will provide you with more information and the additional terms or policies.
This Data Policy will help you understand what information and data we collect, why we gather it, how we use it, and who we share it with. This Data Policy also explains your rights and choices regarding the personal information and data we gather, and the way we protect it.
Information and Personal Data Collection
• Your general information for using our Platform, such as your name, email address, preferred genres, instruments, country, city, etc
• Information related with your SONNAR account.
• Your precise phone location while using our Platform, only if you allow your device to provide such information to our Platform. Our main goal by collecting this information is providing you with location of Venues, Musicians, Agents and events around you. We may also use this information to provide you with relevant content and to enhance and personalize your use of our Platform.
• Information related with your interactions in our Platform, such as content you upload and share, content you like, accounts being followed, your interactions with other users, information related with any Booking Requests and Performances, etc. One of our goals in collecting this information is to understand your interests and customize your user experience in our Platform.
• Information you might send us via email, in connection with services of our Platform.
• Technical information such as cookies, IP address, URL information, type of devices you use to access our Platform, network connectivity and type, device performance, and language.
Your Information and its use
We may share your personal information with other companies and individuals that perform supporting functions to SONNAR (e.g. credit card and payment processing), and with maintaining the Platform and its network functioning. Except as provided herein, we will not share your personal information or any website use information with any party unless required by law.
We may use and share your information to:
• Provide you with location of Venues, Events, Agents and Musicians around you.
• Enhance and personalize your use of our Platform.
• Communicate other SONNAR services or updates.

All content included by Musicians and Venues in their profile account, may be displayed by SONNAR in other websites, applications, emails and on-line or any other kind of publicity.

Sharing your information
We may share your information with:
• Third Party Suppliers such as Stripe (only when necessary and whenever a Booking takes place), other users for Booking purposes, as well as any third party suppliers whose products and services you may find in our Platform.
• Third Party Vendors who provide SONNAR certain kinds of services such as: technical infrastructure that we need for our Platform, providers that host, store, manage and maintain our Platform and the information we process, business analytics, customer services, marketing, public relations, surveys, statistical services and analysis, website and platform services, advertising, etc. Your information will only be provided for the services they render for SONNAR and will not be permitted to share or use the information for any other purpose.
